Behind the Bleachers

Zion Williamson And the Duke Blue Devils

On Wednesday, February 20th  2019 the world was left in awe. In awe of the Duke Blue Devils lost to the UNC Tarheels and of Zion Williamson’s shoe malfunction. One of the most anticipated games of the year. Tickets up to almost $4,000, the world was waiting for the freshman, Zion Williamson to put on a show. In which he did, for a good 32 seconds. Even Barack Obama, our former president was in shock of the shoe mishap. coming in with his black bomber jacket, Barack knew he made a presence. Wow he’s such a great guy. Very important side note. I would love for him to come back. PLEASE. But, that’s beside the point. Let us get back on the track. The game was pretty much over once every one knew that Zion Williamson wasn’t returning. I think I can speak for the millions of people tuned into this game. It didn’t look like the players were having a great time. But, the whole world was waiting on the status of Zion Williamson, leaving every one on their toes. By the next morning the story of the freshman was on every sports and news channel. Not shocking. The only “good” thing that came out of this was the fact that NCAA made all of this money off of Zion and he doesn’t earn one cent. Wait, that’s good?
